Return Policy
At Satchel & Page, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we pride ourselves on processing returns/exchanges stress free and as quickly as possible. If for any reason the item you purchased from us didn't work out, you may return or exchange your item in original, unused condition within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or full refund. This includes Preorder items - they are fully refundable.
Please note, exchanges for the same product will incur a $25 restocking fee and are approved solely at the discretion of Satchel & Page. Kindly note, we do not swap out products due to natural leather imperfections. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used items under any circumstances.All returns require a Return Authorization from Satchel & Page. Please visit https://returns.satchel-page.com/ to start a return. For returns in the contiguous US, we provide a complimentary pre-paid shipping label. Please note, so that we can process returns and exchanges efficiently and offer the best service possible to our customers, items must be shipped back to us within 21 days from when the Return Authorization # was issued. For security reasons, you must obtain a drop off receipt from the shipping carrier when returning your order. If you do not obtain a drop off receipt and the package is subsequently never scanned and lost, we are not liable. Please note, express shipping fees that are added on by the customer are not refundable, even in cases where the carrier misses their promised delivery timeframe. For example, UPS no longer guarantees 2nd Day Air service, so we cannot refund shipping charges in cases where the customer pays for 2nd Day Air, but UPS does not deliver within 2 business days.
For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping.Please allow 3-4 business days from when the item is received by us for your refund to process.
Original shipping costs are not eligible for reimbursement.
If we made a mistake with your order, just let us know and we'll make it right, including covering all shipping costs.

Holiday Returns
Holiday Returns - For orders placed between November 15-December 10, customers can return their order for refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Between 30-45 days of the shipping date, customers can return their order for store credit or exchange only. After 45 days from the shipping date, orders are no longer eligible for return or exchange.International Returns
International returns require a Return Authorization # from Satchel & Page. Please contact info@satchel-page.com to initiate an international returns as international returns require specific documents to ensure they clear customs and are received by Satchel & Page. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns.
Multiple Returns
In order to protect against abuse of the free return/exchange policy, we offer 1 round of free returns/exchanges per customer. After returning/exchanging their first order, customers would responsible for return shipping costs on subsequent orders. Additionally, items from different orders cannot be combined into the same return.
Returning and Repurchasing the Same Item
If a customer returns an item only to repurchase the same item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Purchasing 2 or More of the Same Item for Comparison
Due to the natural variation in the leather we use, our bags are not perfectly uniform from one to another. That's what makes them beautiful. We strongly urge against customers purchasing multiple quantities of the same bag for comparison. In these cases, our free return policy is not applicable and customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.Final Sale
Items with FINAL SALE in the title are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.
Kickstarter
Items purchased through a Kickstarter campaign are non-refundable, final sale.
3rd Party
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or store credit on items purchased through a 3rd party vendor or eBay. Please contact the original vendor in those instances.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable. If an item is paid using a Satchel & Page gift card and returned, the value of the item will be returned to the original gift card. We do not provide cash refunds on items paid for by Satchel & Page gift cards.
Store Credits
Store credits expire 1 year from the date they are issued and cannot be combined with any discount codes.
Return Instructions

Please follow these steps carefully so that we can process your return smoothly:
- All returns require a Return Authorization # from Satchel & Page. If a return is sent to us without a Return Authorization # and without any communication with us prior to the return, the return may be rejected.
- The returned or exchanged item must be shipped back to us within 21 days from when the Return Authorization was issued. If the item is not sent back within 21 days, the return or exchange will be not be accepted.
- For security reasons, we require that you obtain a drop off receipt from the shipping carrier.
- The returned item must arrive to us in original, unused condition. If the returned item does not arrive in original, unused condition, the return will either be rejected altogether or you will be charged a restocking fee subject to the condition of the bag. We suggest packaging the bag in the dust bag + a poly bag/bubble wrap. We really don't want to have to reject returns or charge restocking fees - that's not how we prefer to do business. So please, please follow this step.
- Shipping labels we send to you expire in 21 days. Please ship the item before the label expires, as we can only provide 1 label per return.
- Include the following with your return package: Dust bag, shoulder strap, and original packaging
- Be sure to empty the bag of all your personal items (one time, a guy left a $100 bill…don’t be that guy)
- Please pack the shoulder strap inside the bag itself
- Please pack the bag inside the 1st plastic polybag
- Pack that inside the Black Dust Bag
- Please place the 2nd plastic polybag over everything
- If you are returning multiple items, be sure to ship them separately from each other. For example, if you are returning a wallet and bag, do not pack the wallet inside the bag.
- Please make sure to get a receipt from the carrier when you drop off the package.
- Please allow 3-4 business days after the item has been received at our facility for the processing of your refund.
Shipping Policy
We ship from our warehouse, centrally located in Dallas, TX.
Tracking notifications usually go out at night, after carriers have made their pickups.
It's our priority to ship out our bags as quickly as possible. Once you place your order with us, the wheels are set in motion to get you your bag. So, if you need to make any changes to your order, we ask that you contact us right away so we can accommodate your request.
Domestic Shipping
All orders over $40 in the contiguous US ship FREE. (Domestic Returns are also Free).
Our free shipping method is UPS SurePost (2-6 business days). With UPS SurePost, UPS will transport the package until it reaches your local area, and USPS will make final delivery. With UPS SurePost, there is no option to have the package held or change the address on the shipment while the package is in transit.
We also offer UPS Ground (1-4 business days) for a $10 fee and UPS Ground with signature required for $16. With UPS Ground, there is an option to have the package held or redirected while it is in transit.
Please note, UPS SurePost and UPS Ground will be delivered without a signature required. At the very minimum, if you are not going to be at your residence when the package is delivered and are concerned with having the package sitting outside, please select UPS Ground so you can manage the delivery and have the package held for you. If theft is a potential issue at you or you've experienced lost or stolen packages in the past, please select UPS Ground Signature Required.
We are not responsible for package theft. As our products are not cheap, please take these above precautions to prevent any potential theft of your package.
International Shipping
To offer quick international shipping at a reasonable price, we offer USPS First Class International for small goods and USPS Express International for bags, jackets, etc.
Delivery times for those services are below:
USPS Express International: 8-14 days
USPS First Class International: 14-28 days
These transit times are estimates and they can vary depending on USPS shipping volumes. Please note, due to the COVID situation, USPS is operating at reduced capacity, and international shipments are moving much slower than usual. Once an international shipment is sent, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to make it move more quickly.
International shipping rates are determined at checkout.
International customers are responsible for tracking their shipment, receiving/signing for orders, and all customs/VAT/brokerage charges. Customs/VAT duties are determined by the country's customs office taxation policies and Satchel & Page has no control over customs duties. In some cases, international shipments will be held at a pickup location for the customer to collect the package. Additionally, local carriers may charge additional fees to deliver to remote areas internationally. We are not responsible for those charges.
